About Michael S Guttridge
Managing Consultant in Smith Guttridge & Associates
As an applied business and coaching psychologist he uses psychological methods and techniques in business and social settings to enhance leadership, develop teams, improve performance, and facilitate change.
Originally he worked in business improvement roles in industry, Sales and Marketing, IT, and Corporate Planning before qualifying as a psychologist and in HR, moving into management development and eventually becoming a board level HR Director before setting up his own businesses in 1997.
He's now a Master Practitioner of NLP, has a full level B certification in occupational testing, and has a handful of degrees and diplomas. He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Chartered Psychologist and holds membership in a wide range of professional bodies in the UK, Europe and the USA. In particular he is a founding member of several coaching organisations in the UK and the USA.
