Having a virtual consultancy team of associates enables SG&A to provide highly cost-effective services. Using technology to supplement communications internally and with clients means everyone is kept up-to-speed with progress and developments on client projects.
More importantly, all the associates have worked together in different combinations for up to 30 years and provide a set of complementary skills - consulting, training, coaching, facilitating, NLP, psychometrics - that they constantly update to meet the changing needs of clients as well as their own commitments to continuing personal development.
Although working primarily in the UK many of the team have international experience working in over a dozen countries.
